Preferences
To customise your Vision Anywhere preferences:
-
From the Vision Anywhere Home screen, select Settings .
-
Select the Arrow next to the option you want to update:
Use the slider On / Off options to show / hide encounter reminders.
- Offline Encounters - Defaults to on, this prompts you that you are offline. Any encounters are sent when a connection is re-established and the app is opened.
- Open Encounters - Defaults to on, this prompts you when leaving an encounter open, that it has not been closed and so will not upload to the patient record.
It is important to remember:
-
Patients listed in the Appointments screen for 7 days either side of today automatically download to your device when you have an internet connection.
-
Downloaded patients that have not been updated are automatically removed from your device after 7 days.

Any encounters saved on your device and not uploaded are not available from any other setting.
